Enrollment Assistance
If you need help with enrollment, we can assist you in locating and applying for Soonercare or Marketplace health care coverage that is suitable for you and your family's needs. Contact the Outreach and Enrollment Specialist at 405-452-3151.
About Our Clinics
The idea was born in 2003 to apply for federal funding to meet the primary health care of the community. A group of community leaders came together to dedicate themselves to the effort of applying for the grant. On the third application, the East Central Oklahoma Family Health Center, Inc. received 330 funding on August 1, 2008.
The center opened its doors for business on January 2, 2009 with 10 employees. Electronic medical records were put into place on October 20, 2009. In February 2010, behavioral health services were initiated. In July 2010, 340B prescription drug coverage began for the patients of ECO Family Health Center.
